JSW Energy fixes issue price for at Rs 100

JSW Energy has fixed the issue price of its public offer at the lower
end of the price band at Rs 100 per share. The issue price for the
retail individual investors has been fixed at a discount of Rs 5 per
share at Rs 95 a piece,

JSW Energy had hit the primary market with an initial public offer
(IPO) to raise up to Rs 2,700 crore and the price band for the issue
stood at Rs 100-115 per equity share. The issue opened for subscription
on December 7, 2009 and closed on December 9, 2009.
