A comparison of Fortis Healthcare and Apollo Hospital

Fortis Health Trading at Rs 120 and Apollo at Rs 550, which one is cheap ? Nope it not fortis.

Fortis Total Capacity (No of Beds )  5180 with 38 hospital including recent wockhardt acquision .
Apollo Capacity ( Beds ) almost 8000 beds and 46 hospital

Apollo has other growing business like Pharmacy and Apollo Clinics.

Market cap of Fortis stands at 2700 cr, while that of Apollo at 3400 cr.

Fortis Healthcare inks five-year outsourcing deal with HCL

This makes fortis different than other hospitals in country. HCL will be putting together an enterprise wide solution for Fortis in 12 months. Trend is clear that IT is shifting from overseas to India. Indian companies are focusing on their business instead of managing IT systems. God going fortis. This should bring revenue of around 15 million for HCL.

Why fortis healthcare is going down ?

Why fortis healthcare is going down, i am holding 500 @ 118. There is news that The IPO of Fortis healthcare has been declared Illegal by Court.Can you please suggest shall i wait or book losses?
