How does new tax slab affect stock markets and investor sentiments

Mr Mukharjee provided a good break for middle class , another proof that income level has gone up substantially and having an income of 1.6 lakh /year is common. 

New tax slabs are 

1.6 Lakh income : no tax
1.6 to 5 lakh : 10%
5 to 8 lakh : 20%
and 30% above 8 lakh

should not have substantial impact , since a person making 14,000 per month was not investing in stocks any ways. But banks could see some jump in deposits.

What is Tax for indiviudal on income of foreign (overseas) assignent ?

I am not an NRI but travel to overseas on short assignment , what could be my tax liablities on foreign earnings ?
