Indian can grow at 7%

I was reading this article on http://www.livemint.com/2009/10/13181305/India8217s-economy-to-grow.html...

according to which India can grow at 7%. That's very positive statment from Mr Viramani. The key is how much industrial activity we clock and is Indian consumer ready to spend again.
