Coal India and Power grid attracting money from FII

Share sales from the Indian government are having a high demand over the past two months, as more global investors flock to benefit from strong growth in developing nations. This is in contrast to earlier this year, when government share sales had to be bailed out by state-owned Life Insurance Corporation and State Bank.

Powergrid corp , technically strong

Power grid is not only fundamentally sound company , technically stock is positioned for big gains. A cup handle pattern in making and good volume on uptick is positive for this stock.

Power grid corp hits another low opporunity for value investor

Power grid trading at 6 month low today on a high market. A great opporunity for value investor looking for a safe bet in power sector.

CMP : 100.35

Expected return in 1 year 20% on conservative basis. Stock is trading at p/e of 23 compared to high p/e of 33 for other power companies.
