I usually avoid Pharma stocks for simple reason that I don't understand it very well and I don't like to speculate without much information. But Cipla is a different story. Cipla has been growing it's revenue and profit consistently for past 10 years.
Revenue went from 2400 Cr in 05 to 5000 Cr in 09. While net profit jumped almost 90% to 1000 Cr.
Company's net profit margin stands a 14%.
If you break down company's growth numbers , it has grown marginally at 7 % and 4% in export and domestic markets in past year alone.
Current market of 23000 Cr seems high for a cash flow of mere less than 500cr. I really like the company and management but I think stock is discounting everything and there is little room for investors .
