NDTV got an investor for its lifestyle network called NDTV Lifestyle. It roped in Scripps as strategic partner . Note that scripp will hodl 69% in NDTV lifestyle. This is big statement from NDTV that it wants to keep open mind and expand business buy bringing in right strategic partner. Also reducing some debt from balance sheet. I think NDTV is a good long term media stock, be careful as stock is overstretched on scripp news .
