Should I hold India cement and sterling biotech stocks

Hi ,
I have 100 sterling bitech at 122 and 150 indiacemtn at 132..Should I hold this stocks ..?

After hitting Rs 176 in mid june India cement has started showing weakness. It continues to form lower highs as seen on trend line in chart. This is not a very good sign. Considering that market has been performing good past few months India cement along with cement sector has had poor performance. There is belief that cement companies will have tremendous pricing pressure in 09 and 10 as new product capacity comes online.

I would recommend getting out of this stock on any upmove.
