I am preparing a list of some major stocks those should be avoided. My objective is only from investment perspective and not trade perspactive. Short term and day trader ..this is not a list for you.

2. Indiabulls power

3. Akruti city

You are right all real estate stocks including DLF, Unitech will rally if real estate prices go up. Key question is will the real estate price go up soon? If interest rates rise it will dampen the demand further.

In 2-4 year term real estate might not be a good play.

Akruti city will rally on when the real estate prices start going up again, There are muuch better power stocks available than India bulls power and Educomp can rally near the budget time
