Tanla Solutions , is worth the risk ?

Tanla solution provides integrated solutions and products for the wireless world. Tanla offers end-to-end mobile commerce, mobile entertainment, mobile
Internet and mobile advertising solutions. The company is a global
provider of mobile commerce, mobile entertainment, mobile marketing and
advertising solutions to the Telecommunications, Media and Digital
Content industries.

As per recent results company's overseas and domestic revenue dropped sharpely from comparable quarter last year. This is very well reflacted in stock price that retraced from Rs 400 in 2008 to Rs 22 in 09. At current price company is valued at 542 cr in market cap. That puts it into more than 50 p/e ratio. There is no growth to justify that high p/e.

At current market price of 52 Rs, Tanla is pure speculative play with high risk. There is no room for error.
I will avoid this stock at this price but will definitely look back at 35 Range.
