Rewards doesn't come without risk . The key is taking calculated risk. When I buy stocks one important point I made to myself is I don't buy a stock without trying the company's product or services myself. I went to Pantaloon stores before I bought that stock 5 years ago, I used to drink and eat Glaxo Smitkkline products before I boought it. This is just one way for myself to make sure I am not buying a complety bogus company without any real product .
Here are two stocks which can be huge ..
1. Vadilal Industries : Vadilal is manufacturer of ice creams . Needless to say I tried it many times.Company is also presnet in big way in frozen vegetable and food market.
2. Sayaji Hotels : Company is setting up chain of restuarents called Barbeque nation , I visited their restaurent recently in Bangalore and kinda liked it. At Rs500 per head it provides buffet. There is huge room for organized sector to get into restaurent and food business.
And sayaji can be Pantaloon of restaurent business.
Of course there is risk associated with both of these , but there is little chance that you will loose 100% of your money.
