What can happen in Dubai can happen in India too

Financial newspapers are filled with news about Dubai world credit problems. Dubai world has been pumping money in real estate in Dubai and now it is loaded with Debt which it is having problem paying back.

This is a reminder to Indian investor about cautious approach with banking and real estate stocks. The greed is a problem and what can happen in American can happen in Dubai and in India as well.

What to do ..

1. Avoid companies loaded with debt
2. Try to avoid real estate stocks
3.  Shy away from stocks with not cash flow. Cash flow is a cushion to any credit problem but no cash flow can cause bigger pains. Yes , I am pointing to new power companies with no cash flow.
