What is the future of Unitech

i have 500 shares of unitech bought at 82.50 ...what should i do..hold or sell?

Unitech is in business of real estate that had good run. But now face the reality . A business can make money only if input cost is down and sales prices stays high. Unfortunately for Real estate companies landscape is very competitive. Land prices are really high that means companies like Unitech have to spend big money upfront to buy land . Due to rising interest rate and already high prices demand is not keeping up and selling prices are under pressure.

In your specific situation. I would sell this stock and move into a low risk category like FMCG or education sector.
