Sector plays a big role during market correction. India is still growing and one sector that is benefitting strongly from this growth is FMCG. This market correcton is not causing much pain in FMCG and I think FMCG will continue to be darling of market. This sector doesn't provide returns of 100% similar to realty but at the end of day you will have smile . Some key stocks to consider are Marico, Godrej Industries and my favorite gsk consumer healthcare.

I will definite avoid Realty and Infra to some sector due to valuation concerns. There is lot of misinformation presented by realty players and it's difficult to judge real company value. Too rich of valuations into these .

Cautious on power sector too. Specially newbie like Indiabulls power and Adani. Established players like Tata power and Reliance have cash flow advantage. I will consider buying power equipment supplier instead.

I am very positive on media sector as well. NDTV, TV today, Jagran Prakasha, HT media can be picked if market slides further.

Telecom still need to adjust to market realities. Sector has more downward thrust left.
