Who can acquire Cerner corp ?

Federal govt is providing incentives to healthcare organizations leaving options open for getting into EHR/EMR. Billions of dollars being spent by hospitals and private doctors to upgrade or implement software systems. Software providers are really busy . Some of the big ones includes Cerner, Allscripts , Quality system etc.

Looking at market cap Cerner is big one of these emr providers. Lately it's almost impossible for a software vendor to stay independent . Oracle , IBM, HP all are scouting for targets . Can Cerner stay independent ? If not who can acquire Cerner.
