Bosch India is a subsidiary of Robert Bosch Gmbh Germany with presence in auto components. Bosch has almost monopoly in automobile motors and oil filters. It is also world leader in industrial control technology , high precision toolset. Bosch power tools are used in construction and manufacturing.
There are multiple drivers for Bosch Idia..
1. Growing automobile market(OEM ) and growing after market for replacement parts.
2. Capital expenditure by manufacturing sector .
3. Growing demand for security and surveillance due to terrorist threats.
Due to its unique leadership position in all these segments Bosch command a premium pricing. As demand for its services and components increases Bosch will making profit from both hands.
At current Market price of Rs 4020 bosh stocks are not expensive at all , considering huge potential ahead of it. I really like this stock for my long term five star portfolio.
